官网没有8.2.9，我们用8.2.21，这个文件是已经编译好的，早前发的那个是没有编译的，需要自己编译。

php的解释器，是C语言写的。每次执行脚本都需要编译php的脚本代码。 称之为脚本语言，效率没有编译好的语言快，比如CS\JAVA之类的。

但是胜在快速、便捷、灵活。

安装php8.x的时候需要配置php。ini文件
